Manufacturing Process Engineer

Responsibilities

• Conduct process reviews for NPI (New Product Introduction) projects and prepare production transfer documentation.
• Create, upgrade, and maintain assembly process documentation.
• Address production process issues and develop both temporary and long-term solutions.
• Design and develop production jigs and fixtures (in collaboration with external suppliers).
• Establish product operation standards, standard work hours, process specifications, and improve processes to enhance production efficiency and product quality.
