Commercial Insurance Sales Manager - Insurance

Insurance Sales Manager Responsibilities :
- Setting and monitoring sales objectives
- Responsible for new / renewal business production
- Assisting / mentoring / recruiting new producers
- Providing sales strategies, feedback, and marketing plans
- Contributing to meeting sales targets
- Keeping up to date with industry developments
- Answering customer inquires
- Mediating questions / concerns with customers and carriers
Insurance Sales Manager Requirements :
College degree preferred or comparable work experience5+ years' experience in the commercial insurance industry with a primary focus on sales, service, and in-depth knowledge of applicable coveragesCPCU, CIC, AIS, CRIS designations a plusDemonstrated management experience in a client service environmentMust have a valid drivers license and the ability to travel to client sites and a reliable source of transportationA Property & Casualty License from state of domicile are required and must be maintainedSolid understanding of policies, products, servicing, and marketing of new and renewal businessBe able to provide mentorshipStrong leadership qualitiesExcellent interpersonal skillsI look forward to connecting with you regarding this opportunity!
