Key Responsibilities
Provide compassionate support and problem-solving for Financial Professionals and their clients
Educate clients on policy benefits and proactively suggest tailored solutions
Handle inbound calls, resolve inquiries, and ensure a seamless customer experience
Required Qualifications
Bilingual in Spanish and English is required
High School Diploma or Equivalent required; Bachelor's Degree preferred
Minimum of 1+ years of experience in a contact center environment
Experience with life insurance products is preferred
Commitment to continuous improvement and participation in training programs
