We are a fast-growing home improvement company serving customers across Florida. We pride ourselves on delivering exceptional service and are looking for a Customer Support Specialist with strong organizational skills and customer service experience to join our team.
Customer Support Specialist Duties :
- Responsible for communicating with our customers and providing them with clear and accurate project information.
- Utilizing our internal client information database, and communicating with other departments to obtain project information updates as needed.
- Responsible for updating database with information communicated to customer.
- Responsible for composing and preparing replies to customer inquiries independently using word processing software (Outlook).
- Using correct and updated application forms to assist with filling out permit applications forms with clear and accurate customer and property information within various municipalities / Counties.
- Mailing application forms to customers for signatures.
Requirements
Qualifications :
High school diploma or equivalent required.Minimum of 2 years of general office / clerical experience.Prior customer service experience (phone, email, and in person).Strong knowledge of business English, spelling, and grammar.Proficiency with word processing and data entry.Ability to compose accurate and professional correspondence.Strong interpersonal skills and the ability to build positive relationships.Preferred : Familiarity with business or permitting processes.Benefits
