A company is looking for a Regulatory Operations Specialist to enhance their regulatory support services.
Key Responsibilities :
Provide best-in-class customer service to Comprehensive clients
Manage client account activation implementations and gather feedback for process improvement
Collaborate with internal departments and stakeholders to support compliance matters and enhance client experience
Required Qualifications :
Bachelor's Degree with 0-3 years of work experience
Majors in Accounting, Finance, Business, or Economics are a plus
Ability to accurately analyze and interpret data
Experience in a high-volume call environment or client support role is a plus
Familiarity with Salesforce.com and SaaS technology is advantageous
