MOR and surgery centers only. Supervising the ratio is 1 : 3.MOR-17 rooms (includes EP / Cath Lab, GI, and IR) / Madison Irving Surgery Center-4 / Physician Office Building-4 / Labor & Delivery-3Charting : Paper charting, 30-day emergency privileging time frame.Rate : $320 / hrBC / BE Anesthesiologist, ALS, BLS, PALS, and NY license required
