Job Summary

As a Clinical Pharmacist at AmeriPharma, you will be responsible for providing direct patient care, reviewing patient care plans, and being available to cover on-call duties.

This role requires exceptional customer service skills, reliability, and a commitment to excellence in both research and clinical practice.

Duties and Responsibilities

• Conduct comprehensive literature reviews and analyze scientific data to identify relevant research studies and trends in the pharmaceutical industry
• Develop and review Pharmacy protocols
• Identify research priorities and support strategic business objectives
• Review patient care plans and provide clinical guidance to healthcare providers to optimize patient outcomes
• Be available to cover on-call duties as needed to support pharmacy operations and patient care.
• Provide excellent customer service to patients and healthcare providers
• Maintain regular attendance and punctuality to ensure continuity of care and operational efficiency

Required Qualifications

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree.
• Current unrestricted licensure as a Registered Pharmacist.
• Strong academic background.
• Proficiency in literature search techniques.
• Excellent written and verbal communication skills.
• Demonstrated ability to work independently and collaboratively in a fast-paced, team-oriented environment.
• Highly responsible and reliable, with a strong commitment to quality and patient safety.
• Exceptional customer service skills, with a focus on building positive relationships with patients and healthcare

providers.

• Ability to prioritize tasks, manage multiple responsibilities, and adapt to changing priorities.
• Flexibility to work on-call shifts and respond to urgent patient care needs outside of regular business hours.
• Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
• Excellent organizational skills and attention to detail.
• Excellent time management skills with a proven ability to meet deadlines.
• Ability to function well in a high-paced and at times stressful environment.
• Proficient with Microsoft Office Suite or related software.
• Other duties as assigned

Education and Experience Requirements

• Doctor of Pharmacy (Pharm.D.) degree.
• Current unrestricted licensure as a Registered Pharmacist.
• At least two years related experience required.
• Strong academic background in pharmacy

Preferred Qualifications

• Home infusion experience.
• Specialty medication experience.
