Job description
Advancing Clinical Quality Initiatives
The role combines clinical knowledge with performance improvement under the direction of a manager for clinical quality improvement.
Responsibilities :
Utilize data sets and information to identify opportunities for improvement
Mobilize resources to achieve improvements
Requirements :
Bachelor's degree in nursing
Oregon registered nurse license
5 years of nursing experience
3 years of experience in an ambulatory clinical setting
1 year of experience with clinical effectiveness / clinical quality improvement
Preferred Qualifications :
Master's degree in health related field
Certification in process improvement methodologies
