JOB SUMMARY

We are seeking a skilled Senior Systems Engineer to provide technology support for our Digital Experience and Compliance platforms.

The ideal candidate will have experience in systems engineering, digital experience, and compliance / governance.

This role involves technical partnership across business, technology teams and vendor partners to drive seamless transition, designing systems and integration, and resolving escalated technical issues.

This role is expected to have deep functional expertise in Digital Workplace functions and work in close collaboration with business stakeholders to ensure target systems and associated processes meet their needs for compliance, digital experience, and productivity in a cloud environment.

Required Qualifications :

7+ years of progressive professional experience in system engineering including :

5 + years of hands-on experience with engineering solutions for MacOS, Windows, and Mobile platforms

5+ years of hands-on experience with engineering solutions for Digital Experience tools, ex. Aternity, NextThink.

5+ years of hands-on experience with engineering solutions for intranet portals.

Experience with writing and implementing scripts in Powershell for a large enterprise.

Experience with cloud environments like Azure, AWS, etc.

Strong knowledge of identity access management (SSO, SAML, LDAP) and security best practices.

Ability to listen and understand business requirements, ask questions and translate the requirements into design documents.

Ability to elicit, organize and document detailed and comprehensive functional system requirements.

Experience developing test plans, test scripts, and managing unit, system, regression, and user acceptance testing.

Ability to work independently, identifying and driving required tasks to completion in a timely manner.

Proven ability to support all aspects of large, complex applications with multiple stakeholders.

Vendor management experience.

Preferred Qualifications :

6+ years’ domain experience relevant to supported business function; industry and competitive landscape knowledge.

Deep knowledge of Design Thinking.

Experience with Riverbed Aternity, Beyond Trust Secure Access, Microsoft Intune, and other Digital Workplace Management products.

Experience with change management, and enterprise architecture frameworks

Technology leadership experience in a sourced or internally managed environment.

Experience in agile software methodologies and DevOps practices.

Core Work Activities :

Serve as technical lead for systems engineering for the Digital Experience and Compliance team

Serve as subject matter expert for Digital Experience, Compliance, and other End User tools for Technology Workplace Products.

Lead technical design, development, configuration, deployment and support of Digital Experience and End User Tools.

Coordinate data extraction and transformation processes from Intune and Beyond Trust to Service Now.

Design and implement transformation scripts / processes for automating business processes.

Manage and monitor prod and non-prod environments, ensuring compliance with security and performance standards.

Collaborate with infrastructure, security, enterprise architecture and broader corporate systems teams on SSO, architecture and security reviews and infrastructure management.

Support CI / CD pipelines and test automation for Technology Workplace related changes and deployments.

Serve as technical liaison across teams including MI, service providers and vendors.

Provide technical guidance for cutover planning, go-live readiness, and post go-live support.

Document system configurations, processes and support procedures for ongoing operations.

Technical Leadership :

Make technical decisions and provide guidance on best practices.

Collaborate with product managers and other stakeholders in discovery and definition of requirements.

Ensure the quality and timely delivery of product features.

Provide technology strategy feedback where appropriate

Participate in the evaluation and selection of products and services

Provides financial input on department or project budgets, capital expenditures or other cost / resource estimates as requested

Apply knowledge / judgment to achieve business goals.

Foresee, identify, and resolve problems.

Keeps up-to-date technically and applies new knowledge to job.

Perform other reasonable duties as required for this position.
