Level 3 Program Integrator

As a Level 3 Program Integrator, you will play a critical role in supporting program managers, initiative leads, and executive leadership by providing comprehensive oversight and strategic analysis across multiple contracts and government activities. This role is pivotal in ensuring the alignment of cost, schedule, and performance parameters with organizational goals and mandates.

Key Responsibilities :

• Conduct thorough holistic analysis across multiple contracts to identify and address potential risks and issues impacting the health of programs and initiatives.
• Develop and maintain essential program documentation such as Technical Task Orders (TTOs), Statements of Work (SOWs), Program Management Plans (PMPs), Risk Management Plans, and Acquisition Strategies.
• Utilize advanced data analysis techniques using MS Excel to provide clear and effective presentation of financial and programmatic data.
• Prepare detailed reports and presentations to communicate program status and health to stakeholders and executive leadership.
• Advise and assist in resource allocation, financial forecasting, and strategic planning to optimize program performance and compliance.
• Monitor program execution against established baselines and recommend corrective actions as necessary.
• Lead and participate in program reviews and contract negotiations to ensure comprehensive program oversight and compliance with NSA and PEO policies.
