Residential Superintendent

Job Description
Manage all on-site construction activities to ensure timely and cost-effective project completion. Coordinate with subcontractors, suppliers, and project stakeholders to maintain workflow efficiency. Enforce safety protocols and ensure compliance with local building codes and regulations. Review project plans, schedules, and budgets to monitor progress and address challenges proactively. Maintain clear communication with clients, architects, and engineers throughout the project lifecycle. Conduct regular site inspections to ensure quality standards are met. Provide leadership and guidance to on-site teams, fostering a collaborative work environment. Prepare and submit daily reports detailing project progress and any site concerns.

The Successful Applicant
A successful Residential Superintendent should have : Proven experience managing custom home construction projects up to $10M, preferably in the Greater Boston area. A strong understanding of construction processes, materials, and safety standards. Excellent organizational and problem-solving skills to handle complex projects. Strong communication skills to collaborate effectively with clients and team members. A proactive attitude with the ability to anticipate and resolve challenges efficiently.
