The Client is seeking an expert-level Java & AWS Programmer Analyst to support and document the Appeals application built on the MicroPact entelli-trak platform . This role requires a hands-on technologist who can independently review, analyze, and document complex workflows, integrations, and system configurations in a cloud environment.

Key Responsibilities

• Review the existing entelli-trak-based Appeals system and document all technical and design details.
• Identify and document customizations interfaces , and hosting configurations in AWS.
• Analyze and document change requests and stories in JIRA
• Collaborate with technical and business teams to ensure all documentation is complete and accurate.
• Use MS Word, Excel, and Visio to produce detailed design and process workflow documentation.
