Required Qualifications
3+ years of experience in creative strategy for performance ad programs, especially in short-form video
A digital portfolio showcasing impactful performance ad work, including short-form video and motion graphics
Hands-on ability to storyboard, edit, and create ads using design tools like Figma and Adobe Creative Suite
Experience using performance metrics to inform creative decisions and test concepts
Familiarity with AI-assisted tools for ad creation and a strong ability to present ideas to stakeholders
