Job descriptionAdminister temporary / contract employee orientation. Communicate with the staffing agencies, updating them on existing staffing levels. Assist with scheduling interviews. Posting of open positions and ensuring accuracy of postings Assist with sourcing and screening new job applicants. Maintain recruitment log Schedule drug screens and perform background checks for potential new hires. Handle plant locker assignments Printing new hire packets and assist employees with processing ID badges as needed. Issue company provided T-Shirts to production staff and manage inventory levels. Be a resource to employees by answering questions, providing paperwork and guidance in a professional manner. Maintain current information on the Careers Page of the Company website, intranet, Communication TV’s and plant bulletin boards. Other duties as assigned. Previous experience working in an administrative support role. 1 year experience in a Human Resources or related role is highly preferred. Strong Microsoft Office skills required Ability to multi-task and prioritize multiple projects. High degree of initiative and attention to detail. Strong interpersonal skills. Ability to work flexible hours as needed.
