Naman, Howell, Smith & Lee, PLLC is seeking a full-time Paralegal with at least 3 years of experience. This career opportunity will require significant work on complex transactions, including public finance and multifamily housing transactions, contract analysis for asset and real estate sales and acquisitions, leases, and real estate finance transactions, and assistance with preparing filings with government agencies.

This is a full-time position. Standard hours are 8 : 00 AM – 5 : 00 PM, Monday through Friday.

• Highly organized self-starter who is capable of anticipating attorneys' needs
• Strong attention to detail and quality
• Ability to multi-task and work with minimal supervision
• Excellent communication and interpersonal skills
• Dependable with strong work ethic and professional demeanor
• Knowledge of Microsoft Office Suite
