Del Mar Bowling Center in Houston, TX is looking for one kitchen / bar assistant manager to join our team. We are located on 3020 Mangum Road off 290. Our ideal candidate is a self-starter, punctual, and engaged.

Responsibilities

• Managing food costs, placing orders, updating pricing, and completing inventory
• Selecting, interviewing and training kitchen Team Members to ensure proper staffing levels are met
• Verifying that Team Members follow all recipes, properly weigh prepped items, overseeing quality control and portion servings correctly
• Execute food for private parties
• Making sure we are following the guidelines set in place by the city's health departments
• Demonstrate leadership skills, including coaching, directing, and motivating team members
• Supporting the daily operation of the store
• Ensure all Team Members are properly trained and certified
• Must be willing and capable to work all food stations alone or to assist other team members.
