The Valuation & Capital Market Analysis Associate - Fixed Assets is responsible for utilizing previously obtained educational background, along with established organizational and project management skills to successfully service clients of the Valuation & Capital Market Analysis group. In this role, the Associate will work within a team environment to actively assist in the analysis and resolution of client matters while taking direction and receiving guidance from experienced staff and management members. The Associate will be involved in all stages of client management including identification of potential valuation issues, construction of valuation modeling and completion of industry and client research, along with conduction of on-site inspections.

Qualifications, Knowledge, Skills and Abilities :
Education : Bachelor's degree, required; with a focus in Engineering, Accounting, or a technical degree from an accredited college / university, preferred.
Experience : Prior experience (internship or work study) in valuation, finance, or engineering, preferred Manufacturing / machinery and equipment experience, preferred.
License / Certifications : N / A
Software : Proficient in the use of Microsoft Office Suite, specifically Excel and Word, required.
