A company is looking for a Commercial & Privacy Counsel.

Key Responsibilities

Review and negotiate various commercial agreements, ensuring compliance and timely execution

Provide legal guidance on data protection, privacy regulations, and compliance matters

Support product development by advising on legal implications and drafting necessary agreements

Required Qualifications

Experience in contract law, particularly in commercial and privacy matters

Familiarity with GDPR, CCPA, and other relevant privacy regulations

Experience in a start-up environment and working with product teams

Knowledge of compliance standards such as SOC2 and ISO certifications is a plus

Ability to negotiate and draft complex legal documents efficiently
