Scope of the Role :

We're looking for a creative and data-obsessed Email Marketing Specialist to own and scale our email and SMS marketing channels. You'll be responsible for building lifecycle automations, managing campaigns, and using data to turn subscribers into loyal brand advocates.

Duties and Responsibilities :

• Manage end-to-end execution of email and SMS campaigns (promos, launches, flows)
• Own and optimize lifecycle flows (Welcome, Abandoned Cart, Post-Purchase, Win-Back, etc.)
• Develop strategies to grow and segment the subscriber list while maintaining deliverability
• Personalize content and messaging using audience segmentation and dynamic data
• Conduct A / B tests on subject lines, CTAs, creative, and send times
• Monitor and analyze performance (open rates, CTR, revenue, etc.) and report actionable insights
• Ensure brand consistency and high design standards across all communications
• Collaborate with Creative, Brand, and E-commerce teams to align campaigns with launches and goals
