Position Overview

We are seeking a Project QA / QC Manager to lead quality assurance and control efforts across major marine construction and dredging projects. This role is responsible for ensuring compliance with project specifications, regulatory requirements, and internal quality standards while also developing and improving quality processes to enhance project efficiency.

The ideal candidate has experience in QA / QC programs, regulatory compliance, inspections, and process improvement within marine construction, dredging, or heavy civil infrastructure projects. This role requires extensive travel, fieldwork in various environmental conditions, and a strong commitment to safety and quality excellence.

Key Responsibilities

Quality Assurance (QA) Responsibilities :

• Develop, implement, and maintain QA procedures to ensure compliance with project specifications and industry standards.
• Conduct quality audits and process evaluations to identify and mitigate potential quality risks.
• Work closely with project teams to train and enforce best practices for maintaining quality throughout project execution.
• Ensure that contractor and subcontractor quality programs align with company and regulatory standards.
• Collaborate with engineers, project managers, and superintendents to implement corrective actions and preventive measures.
• Monitor and analyze quality data to drive continuous improvement in operational efficiency.

Salary :   The expected salary range for this position is $85,000 to $205,000 annually, depending on experience and qualifications.
