Responsibilities
What Will I Do?
Install and service water heaters and tankless water heaters (residential)Maintain, diagnose, and repair of residential and water treatment equipmentPrepare written recommendations and options for clients using our software (Service Titan)Adhere to safety policies and proceduresGenerate appropriate customer invoices and other paperwork at the job site and electronically process credit card transactionsQualifications
Do I have What it Takes?
2 years of plumbing experience servicing and installing water treatment equipmentGood analytical skills and attention to detailExcellent interpersonal and customer service skillsAbility to work independently in a timely manner, ensuring the job is done correctly the first timeAbility to lift, carry and maneuver a minimum of 100 pounds without additional manpower or appropriate deviceWork in the outside elements of heat and cold safelyMust be able to work on ladders, roofs and medium to high heightsExperience with Service Titan a plusWrench Group and its affiliates are proud to be an Equal Employment Opportunity employer.
