About the Role As a Charity Events Assistant , you’ll work closely with our nonprofit partners to bring their missions to life through live events, public engagement, and donor outreach.

Key Responsibilities Assist with the planning, setup, and execution of nonprofit events, fundraisers, and outreach campaigns Support logistics such as registration, signage, volunteer coordination, and on-site operations Engage with donors, event attendees, and the public to share campaign goals and encourage participation Manage event materials, promotional supplies, and communication tasks Update donor and supporter data, assist with follow-up communications, and track outreach results Collaborate with internal teams and nonprofit partners to ensure event success Participate in regular team training sessions and development workshops Qualifications We’re looking for individuals who are reliable, personable, and ready to make an impact.
