Job description : Baristas mornings & afternoons

Sweetwaters Coffee & Tea is looking for Baristas that enjoy working with people and making coffee, espresso, and tea beverages in the mornings starting as early as 5 : 30am and afternoons. We are an established, woman owned & led, premium coffeehouse brand that was founded in Ann Arbor and has been operating successfully for over 30 years.

This Sweetwaters is located in bustling & vibrant downtown Ann Arbor surrounded by lots of restaurants & retail. Parking is available in the surrounding neighborhoods & easy access to bus routes.

Responsibilities include :

• Ensure coffee, tea, and espresso drinks are correctly and efficiently prepared to Sweetwaters standards.
• Provide friendly, accurate, and efficient guest service.
• Execute accurate and proper cash handling procedures.
• Ensure the caf is clean, organized, and inviting at all times.
• Maintain and communicate your knowledge of the coffee, teas, and other products offered at Sweetwaters.

Requirements for the job

Must have strong customer service skills, enjoy drinking coffee or tea, food service experience preferred but not required.

Must be available openings as early as 5 : 30am & afternoons

Compensation & Benefits

$15.00-$16.00 per hour
