Job descriptionDaily Pay : We pay hourly, and there are many opportunities to gain full-time hours across our network of offices. Quarterly Bonus : You will be eligible to earn several hundred dollars each month in performance-based bonuses. Education : In our Hygiene Track program, we want you to grow with us. We offer CE opportunities through our PACE Accredited Program. Paid Time Off : Accrue up to 15 days of PTO per year and receive 11 paid holidays if you are full-time. Conduct thorough patient assessments, including taking vital signs and reviewing medical histories Perform dental cleanings and periodontal therapy using appropriate techniques Educate patients on oral hygiene practices and the importance of preventive care Assist in the development of individualized treatment plans based on patient needs Utilize EMR systems for accurate documentation of patient records and treatment plans Maintain compliance with HIPAA regulations and infection control protocols Collaborate with dentists in four-handed dentistry procedures to enhance efficiency during treatments Manage medical imaging processes, including X-rays, to support diagnostic efforts Provide chairside assistance during various dental procedures, ensuring a smooth workflow Stay updated on advancements in pediatric dentistry and general dentistry practices Proficient in Eaglesoft and Dentrix software for dental practice management Knowledgeable in pediatric dentistry techniques and best practices Strong understanding of anatomy knowledge, medical terminology, and dental terminology Experience with documentation review and medical coding for accurate record keeping Familiarity with aseptic techniques to ensure patient safety during procedures Excellent patient care skills with a focus on comfort and education Ability to work effectively in a team-oriented environment while maintaining professionalism Previous experience in a dental office or clinic setting is preferred
