A company is looking for an Automotive Talent Acquisition Specialist (Remote).

Key Responsibilities

Recruit and manage the full-cycle hiring process for various automotive roles

Partner with hiring managers to understand staffing needs and build talent pipelines

Source qualified candidates through multiple channels and manage data in the Applicant Tracking System (ATS)

Required Qualifications

Associates or Bachelor's Degree preferred

A minimum of 2 years of full life cycle recruiting experience for a non-exempt workforce

Ability to work autonomously without direct supervision
