Responsibilities

• Design, develop and implement company-wide environmental, health and safety programs, policies and procedures.
• Ensure compliance with applicable regulatory requirements including OSHA, EPA and other federal, state and local environmental, health and safety requirements
• Coordinate and conduct risk assessments, audits, inspections to identify risks and hazards, and develop mitigation plans where appropriate.
• Develop processes related to the management, storage and disposal of hazardous materials.
• Investigate incidents and assist with corresponding incident reporting and corrective actions.
• Develop reporting to OSHA, other regulatory authorities and internal reports; maintain related records and applicable environmental, health and safety metrics
• Providing departments various safety reports or information as requested.
• Develop environmental, health and safety training materials as needed.
• Research, study, evaluate and advise on new safety measures and procedures.
