HVAC Mechanical Project Manager

Job Summary

We are seeking a hardworking and reliable Mechanical / HVAC Project Manager to join our team. In this role, you will oversee all aspects of the construction projects and ensure they progress on schedule and within budget. The ideal candidate has knowledge and experience in a similar role and has a proven track record of successful construction management projects.

Responsibilities

• Work with Executives on all aspects of the construction project
• Generate RFIs, submittal logs
• Procurement of equipment and materials including tracking to ensure timely delivery
• Liaise with subcontractors and vendors to ensure successful completion of our projects
• Perform quality control to ensure our projects are performed to the highest standards
• Coordinate with other construction professionals to determine the specifications of the project
• Ensure all workers on site comply with building and safety regulations
• Schedule key deliverables and milestones and ensure progress is being made
• Supervise and direct laborers and construction workers
• Report on progress
• Identify and mitigate any potential issues that may arise
• Project handover to clients, training, and closeouts
