We are a leading tech services company on the hunt for a dynamic, innovative, and experienced Permanent Lead Sr. Software Engineer (AI / LLM) to join our team. This is a unique opportunity for a highly skilled individual with a background in AI Tech industry and a firm grasp on AI, LLM, and other cutting-edge technologies. The successful candidate will be responsible for creating and managing software solutions that revolutionize our services and products. This role will require you to work closely with various teams, including data scientists, developers, and business leaders, to design and implement scalable software applications.

Responsibilities :

Spearhead the development of complex software solutions, focusing on leveraging AI and LLM technologies, while maintaining a user-centric approach.

Prototype and implement sophisticated algorithms to solve challenging real-world problems.

Develop and maintain robust software frameworks and pipelines for large-scale data processing.

Utilize Django, Kafka, and other advanced technologies to build and manage microservices and serverless applications.

Integrate APIs and Lambda functions into AWS to build scalable, high-performance computing solutions.

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to understand business requirements and translate them into effective technical solutions.

Lead the design and development of software solutions from '0 to 1', ensuring all requirements are met while adhering to the highest standards of quality.

Provide technical leadership and mentorship to junior engineers, promoting a culture of collaboration and continuous learning.

Qualifications :

Bachelor's degree in Computer Science, Engineering, or a related field. A Master's degree or Ph.D. is a plus.

Minimum of 5 years of software engineering experience in the tech services industry, with a focus on AI and LLM technologies.

Extensive experience with Django, Kafka, Pipelines, Framework, API, Lambda, Microservice, Serverless, AWS, and Integrate.

Demonstrated ability to design and implement software solutions from '0 to 1'.

Strong experience in prototyping and bringing prototypes to production.

Excellent problem-solving skills, with the ability to analyze complex data and develop innovative solutions.

Outstanding leadership skills, with a proven track record of leading and mentoring a team of software engineers.

Excellent communication skills, with the ability to effectively communicate complex technical concepts to both technical and non-technical stakeholders.

Strong project management skills, with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously and meet tight deadlines.

Commitment to continuous learning and staying up-to-date with the latest industry trends and technologies.
