Sr. Financial Analyst

Mission of the Role

• This position is located in our SICK, Bloomington MN location. The peron will work in office four days a week and may work remotely the other day.

The Senior Financial Analyst is a key member of the finance team responsible for delivering strategic and operational financial insights. This role partners with cross-functional teams to support budgeting, forecasting, cost analysis, and performance monitoring. The Senior Financial Analyst will lead financial planning initiatives, develop and maintain financial models, and provide actionable recommendations to drive business performance and operational efficiency.

Key Responsibilities

Prepare analytical entity packages monthly for distribution to management and parent company.

Develop a detailed understanding of the project contract to ensure all parties are meeting the required obligations. Actively monitor the change order process.

Ensure accurate project reporting of scheduling, budgetary and cost control information.

Key Qualifications

Large project management exposure in an industrial manufacturing business or similar.

General Ledger, ERP and Database Systems.

Compensation

The base salary is one part of our Total Rewards package and is determined within a range. The starting base salary range for this position is listed below; the actual starting salary will be based on a variety of factors including experience, skill set, education, performance, licenses / certifications, business needs and other job-related factors, as permitted by law.
