TITLE : Inventory Control and Receiving Supervisor

POSITION OBJECTIVE : To lead and manage all inbound material handling operations, including receiving, inventory control, and warehouse coordination for raw materials, intermediates, and finished goods. This role is responsible for supervising Material Handlers, ensuring timely and accurate movement and documentation of materials, maintaining warehouse organization and compliance, and driving continuous improvement in material flow, inventory accuracy, and operational efficiency.

QUALIFICATIONS :

• High school diploma or GED required; associate degree or equivalent experience in logistics, supply chain, or operations preferred
• Minimum 3–5 years of experience in warehouse operations, material handling, or inventory management
• Prior leadership or supervisory experience required, with proven ability to manage schedules, delegate tasks, and lead a team effectively
• Strong knowledge of inbound logistics, inventory systems, and material flow processes
• Proficient in using Warehouse Management Systems (WMS), ERP systems, and Microsoft Office (Excel, Word, Outlook)
• Ensure consistent, dependable attendance and demonstrate a willingness to accommodate non-standard work hours as necessary.
• Capable of effectively managing job-related stress and fostering productive workplace interactions.
