CRNA Practice Profile Client : withheld Location / Worksite address : withheld Dates coverage is needed : Starting February 1 for at least 2 months and possibly extend Schedule / Shift times : M F only ; 10-hr days, 4 days per week. If interested could occasionally work a 5th day Call required? : No Patient ages (children, adolescents, adults, geriatrics) : Over 18 Types of cases / Specialty mix : GI Endoscopy Center So only EGDs and Colonoscopies Support staff available (CRNA s, MA s, Scrub Techs) : - No anesthesiologist, At least 3 CRNAs at the facility each day, but each is working independently. Type of charting (EMR, paper) : Paper charting Credentialing timeframe : days, maybe sooner Reason for coverage : Short staffed
