Pay Information

$399,806 to $759,565 per year

About The Position

Join a respected healthcare system in Southern New Jersey as the Chief of Otolaryngology (ENT) . This full-time position combines clinical practice and leadership responsibilities , offering a chance to shape the future of the department while working alongside a dedicated and skilled team.

Position Highlights

Leadership : Oversee a growing team of 4 ENT physicians and 2 nurse practitioners

Scope : Inpatient and outpatient care, including OR and clinic block management

Call Schedule : Weekday call only (6 shifts / month; weekends covered externally)

Technology : Access to DaVinci XI robotic platforms

Facilities : Practice across state-of-the-art medical centers in South Jersey

EMR : Cerner

Additional Duties : Departmental leadership, physician mentoring, and strategic growth planning

Job Requirements

Candidate Requirements

Board Certified in Otolaryngology

Minimum 1–2 years of post-training experience (no new grads or BE candidates)

Active New Jersey medical license (or ability to obtain)

Current BLS, ACLS, DEA, and CSR / CDS (or eligibility to obtain)

Base Salary : $399,806 – $759,565 (commensurate with experience)

Bonuses : Chief stipend, productivity bonus, and annual incentive bonus

Relocation Assistance : Up to $10,000

CME : $7,500 + dedicated CME time
