Data Engineering Manager

A company is looking for an Engineering Manager, Data to lead a team of data engineers in developing and maintaining data infrastructure and pipelines.

Key Responsibilities

Lead and mentor a team of data engineers, providing technical guidance and performance feedback

Architect and oversee the deployment of secure, scalable data pipelines and data lake architectures

Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate data engineering services and ensure data quality and compliance

Required Qualifications

8+ years of experience in data engineering or related fields, with at least 2-3 years in a leadership role

Bachelor's or Master's degree in computer science or equivalent experience

Hands-on experience with scalable data pipelines and orchestration tools

Expertise in streaming technologies and data lake architectures

Proficiency in programming languages such as Python, Java, or Ruby
