Job Overview
As a Sales Advisor at H&M you will provide excellent customer service, guide customers through the store, actively sell our products, support garment care, and maintain a tidy sales floor.
Daily Responsibilities
- Provide welcoming customer service and guide customers through the store and omni experience.
- Promote our products, Customer Loyalty App, and sustainability initiatives.
- Support sales targets with store management team.
- Keep up-to-date with fashion trends, brands, and competitors.
- Retain and share knowledge with colleagues, give feedback, and participate in onboarding and training.
- Operate fitting rooms, checkout areas, and maintain clean and tidy sales floor.
- Support garment presentation, visual merchandising, and replenishment routines.
- Support opening and closing of the store and follow H&S and legal requirements.
Qualifications
Passionate about fashion and creating a great in-store experience.Motivated, communicative, creative, curious, flexible, decisive, action-oriented.Enjoy working in a collaborative dynamic environment.Sales experience in a dynamic retail environment; customer service experience in fashion, retail or service industries.Benefits
