You in this Role You’re an FPV wizard who also knows how to run projects and products. You live and breathe drones, gear, forums, and the latest tech, but you’ve also got the business acumen to translate that passion into successful retail products. You understand pilots, manufacturers, and the community, and you’re just as comfortable soldering in the lab as you are in a pricing meeting. You thrive in fast-moving, messy start-up environments, where the only constant is change, and you have the grit to bring order, clarity, and strategy to our growing retail portfolio.

The People
You’ll collaborate across nearly every team at UMAC—Operations, Build, Manufacturing, Marketing, and Product. You’ll also work closely with our sponsored pilots, turning their expertise and feedback into products that represent the best of FPV.
One More Thing
We’re a start-up, which means no one hands you a playbook—you’ll be building it as you go. The role requires curiosity, initiative, and resilience. If you’re excited to be “in the weeds” of FPV while shaping the future of retail in this space, this is your shot.
About Us
Unusual Machines (UMAC) is the home of Rotor Riot, Fat Shark, and other leading FPV brands. We’re building the future of drones—on the retail side, in manufacturing, and with the pilots who push the limits of what’s possible. We believe in performance, responsiveness, ingenuity, moxie, and empathy—and we’re scaling fast. Come help us set the standard for FPV retail.
If you love working at the intersection of community, content, and cutting-edge technology, you’ll feel right at home here.
