Base pay range

$140,000.00 / yr - $160,000.00 / yr

Job Overview

As a Systems Engineer, you will play a key role in the design, implementation, and ongoing operation of our VMware, Windows, Linux, and storage environments. You'll work closely with the Lead Systems Engineer, as well as networking, security, and operations teams, to maintain and improve a hybrid infrastructure that supports our life-saving services.

Key Responsibilities

• Deploy, manage, and monitor VMware infrastructure including ESXi hosts, vSphere clusters, and vCenter across production environments.
• Support and maintain the Horizon VDI environment, including gold image updates, tuning, and stability.
• Build and cable physical servers, ensuring integration with network, power, and storage infrastructure.
• Collaborate with the Networking team to align VLANs, switching, and virtual networking within VMware.
• Monitor and perform upgrades across VMware infrastructure.
