Role Description

We’re looking for a friendly, organized, and motivated individual to join our team as a  Customer Service & Leads Coordinator . In this role, you’ll be the first point of contact for new and existing customers — answering calls, following up on Thumbtack and web leads, scheduling HVAC jobs, and helping keep daily operations running smoothly.

Responsibilities include :

• Responding promptly to customer inquiries and leads
• Scheduling appointments and dispatching jobs to technicians
• Following up on open estimates and pending leads
• Assisting with administrative tasks and customer records
• Providing excellent service and communication to every customer
