Operations Supervisor
The successful candidate must manage up to five trade Operations Supervisors and sixty hourly employees, provide direction and technical assistance to supervisors and hourly employees. Manage the performance of Safety, Quality, Cost, Schedule, and Continuous Improvement. Responsible for the administration and execution of work orders, TGIs, DLs, ERs, Unsats, Test Forms, etc. Support Area Superintendents with expertise as required, coordinate trade work assignments with Area Superintendents, support Ships Management meetings and responsible for trade commitments. Responsible for mentoring new Supervisors and for specific fixtures associated with craft. Ensure necessary training and qualifications are maintained for salary and hourly employees. Support Supervisors with labor issues, discipline, EEO, and OSHA compliance.
