About The Position

Description :

Resource Pool RN for 52 weeks, working nights.

Traveler must be comfortable working all PCU and MS units.

Staffing office reviews needs of the full hospital every 4 hours.

Resource pool nurses may be floated to any PCU or MS unit every 4 hours.

Patient ratios in PCU are 5 : 1, and in MS are 6 / 7 : 1.

Previous charge experience is preferred.

Candidates are required to work at least one holiday during the assignment.

The ability to float within the unit and assist as needed is essential.

Candidates must send all time-off requests upfront.

Travelers must complete compliance documents prior to their start.

Candidates needing exemptions for vaccinations will be considered based on requirements.

Ratios can be 1 : 6 with PCU patients, and nurses may work without CNA support.

Additional skills required include blood product administration and care of ventilated patients.

Experience with telemetry and central line management is essential.

Candidates must be prepared for rapid response and code team situations.

Travelers who live within a certain distance from the facility will follow local traveler rules.

It is crucial to review and follow all outlined requirements for submission and compliance.

The job requires dynamic nursing skills and an ability to adapt to different patient care needs.
