About the Opportunity :
A respected and growing law firm with offices in Denver and Boulder is seeking a skilled Construction Attorney to join its litigation team. Key Responsibilities :
Represent clients in construction-related litigation, arbitration, and mediation.
Handle complex commercial disputes involving construction contracts, defects, delays, and insurance coverage.
Draft and negotiate construction contracts, subcontracts, and related agreements.
Advise clients on risk management, regulatory compliance, and dispute avoidance.
Collaborate with internal teams and clients to develop effective legal strategies.
Qualifications :
Juris Doctor (JD) from an accredited law school.
Admitted and in good standing with the Colorado Bar.
3-7+ years of legal experience, with a strong focus on :
Strong litigation and trial preparation skills preferred.
Excellent legal research, writing, and oral advocacy skills.
Ability to manage cases independently and work collaboratively in a team environment.
