Job descriptionProvide ENT consults and emergency department call coverage. Perform surgical procedures including tracheotomy. Treat adult patients (18+) with ENT-related conditions such as chronic sinus infections, hearing loss, head and neck masses, and swallowing disorders. Onsite presence required during daytime; offsite call coverage during nights (call-back may be required). Function independently; no current ENT staff or support team. 24-Hour On-Call Shifts – Daily Onsite during the day; offsite at night with potential callback. Includes weekend and holiday on-call responsibilities. Proficiency in ENT procedures, especially tracheotomy. Ability to work independently in a hospital-based, high-acuity setting. Effective communication and clinical decision-making skills. Experience with Epic EMR preferred. Board Certified or Board Eligible in Otolaryngology (certification within 3 years if BE). Active Ohio medical license (or willingness to obtain). DEA license – REQUIRED. BLS and ACLS certifications – REQUIRED.
