JLL Project and Development Services is seeking an experienced leader to join our new and rapidly growing National PDS for IPS Specialty Practice. As Vice President of National IPS Accounts Solutions, you will serve as one of our organization's top-five experts supporting business growth across our portfolio accounts. You will collaborate with PDS Business Leaders and Regional IPS Account Services SMEs to develop tailored solutions for high-value portfolio clients while ensuring consistent, excellent service delivery across all Americas markets.

Requirements
Bachelor's degree in Architecture, Interior Design, Construction, Engineering or related field
Proven experience in relationship-based account service delivery, sales and business management (preferably in commercial real estate and / or retail multi-site)
Strong financial acumen with demonstrated ability to drive portfolio performance
Exceptional leadership skills with ability to mentor and develop high-performing teams
Excellent communication and presentation abilities to engage stakeholders at all levels
Strategic thinking capabilities to anticipate and navigate complex client challenges
Track record of building strong client relationships and driving client success
Results-oriented mindset with commitment to achieving ambitious sales targets
Availability for frequent travel
