Position Summary : The Training and Technical Assistant Program Manager will act as the project lead on a federally funded regional substance use project. The TTS will work with the team, as well as internal and external stakeholders, to meet the project deliverables and accomplish the program objectives. The TTS will work closely with community partners to address substance use issues within their communities and assist in developing products and resources to meet those needs.

Minimum Qualifications :
Education : Bachelor's Degree from a regionally accredited college or university in education, public health, or related social science.Experience : 3-5 years minimum related experience in leading extensive regional activities, program and resource development, expertise in substance use disorders / behavioral health.Preferred Qualifications :
Strong preference for an advanced degree in education, public health, or social services.Expertise in substance use disorders / behavioral health.Description of Job Duty :
Facilitate additional learning opportunities, data gathering and product development.Oversee resource development for the various projects.Serve as state liaison between SE ATTC and community partners.Determine TA need(s) of assigned state(s).Determine, develop, and cultivate constituent relations.Support data collection efforts, including network-wide studies.Participate in Southeast ATTC sponsored regional activities.Coordinate and staff resource table at trainings and conferences.Seniority Level : Mid-Senior level.
