This is a full-time hourly position, working onsite at our Bardstown Road Office

What we are looking for :
- 1-2 years as a Lead Dispatcher or 3-5 years dispatching experience in the home service industry.
- HVAC and / or Plumbing industry experience is highly preferred
- Experience with Service Titan a huge plus!
- MS Office / EXCEL experience
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills
- Excellent communication and problem-solving abilities
- Ability to remain calm under pressure and in fast-paced environments
- Proficient with scheduling software and basic computer application
- Positive, professional, and team-oriented attitude
- High school diploma or equivalent
What you will be doing :
In this position, the Lead Dispatcher supports the technicians, management, and all customers. The Dispatcher / Service Coordinator will support technicians and managers through various high-level administrative and customer service tasks. The Dispatcher / Service Coordinator will always provide high-level customer service during their daily responsibilities.
Coordinate and schedule service calls for plumbing, heating, and air techniciansAssign jobs to appropriate field personnel based on skills, location, and availabilityCommunicate effectively with customers regarding appointment times and updatesMonitor technicians’ schedules and adjust as needed for emergencies or delaysMaintain accurate records of calls, schedules, and job statuses in the dispatch systemWork closely with the Service Manager to optimize daily routes and productivityProvide excellent customer service over the phone and via emailCoordinate dispatch schedulesTrain new dispatchers in all Phases of the position ( software, policies, approving timecards )Monitor and track performance of existing dispatchers,Enforce all company policies and counsel employee if neededInterview possible candidates if needed in the future for dispatch openingsCompensation :
$21.00 - $23.00 / Hour
Hours :
8am start time Monday- Friday. Available and flexible to work occasional weekends or night shift schedules when needed.
The Lead Dispatcher will be working onsite. This is NOT a remote position.
