We're looking for a seasoned cyber mission specialist like you to apply your experience with program and project management. In this role, you'll lead a team of professionals as they use cyberspace capabilities to evaluate potential weaknesses as well as the effectiveness of mitigations for cyber security solutions. You will leverage cyberspace operations systems to aggregate threat feeds that inform briefings for senior leadership. You Have :

• 10+ years of experience managing IT programs
• 5+ years of experience overseeing multidisciplinary teams in leadership roles
• Experience overseeing contracts, including coordination with stakeholders
• Experience with government contracting environments, such as the DoD
• Knowledge of Cybersecurity standards and the implementation of industry best practices
• Knowledge of DevSecOps, cloud migration, and Agile practices
• TS / SCI clearance
• Bachelor's degree in a Cybersecurity, Computer Science, or Information Technology field
• DoD 8140 Level II Certification, such as Security+, CySA +, or CISSP Certification

Salary at Booz Allen is determined by various factors, including but not limited to location, the individual's particular combination of education, knowledge, skills, competencies, and experience, as well as contract-specific affordability and organizational requirements. The projected compensation range for this position is $86,800.00 to $198,000.00 (annualized USD). The estimate displayed represents the typical salary range for this position and is just one component of Booz Allen's total compensation package for employees.
