Revenue Operations Manager
Role
We are seeking a highly motivated Revenue Operations Manager to join our team and drive revenue growth through strategic planning streamlined operations and datadriven decisionmaking
What will you be doing?
- Developing and implementing strategies to optimize revenue generation across sales marketing and customer success teams
- Collaborating with sales and marketing leadership to align on revenue goals sales processes and lead generation strategies
- Implementing and managing sales and revenue forecasting reporting and analytics to provide insights and drive actionable recommendations
- Optimizing and maintaining the CRM system eg Salesforce to ensure accurate data capture and utilization across departments
- Identifying areas for process improvement and efficiency gains within the revenue cycle and implementing best practices
- Analyzing sales performance metrics pipeline health and customer lifecycle data to identify opportunities for growth and retention
- Leading crossfunctional initiatives to improve sales productivity enhance customer experience and drive revenue growth
- Establishing and monitoring key performance indicators KPIs to track the effectiveness of revenuegenerating activities
- Collaborating with finance to ensure accurate revenue recognition and reporting
What will you need to succeed?
Proven experience in revenue operations sales operations or related roles within a B2B SaaS companyExpertise in Salesforce certifications strongly preferred and revenue analytics tools eg Looker Tableau etcStrong analytical skills with the ability to interpret data and provide actionable insightsExperience working crossfunctionally with sales marketing and customer success teamsExcellent communication and leadership skills with the ability to influence stakeholders at various levelsProven track record of driving revenue growth and operational efficiency improvements
