SmartStyle Salon, located inside Walmart, is a premier salon offering high-quality hair services. Our team of passionate and talented professional hairstylists is dedicated to delivering exceptional experiences to our clients.

Responsibilities

You will provide exceptional leadership and guest service, understand guest needs, provide quality consultations, and perform services requested in an efficient and professional manner. This role includes supervising operations to support a positive client experience and team performance.

QUALIFICATIONS

• You have a current cosmetology or barber license as required by State regulations.
• You want to lead a salon.
• You are tech savvy and can perform administrative tasks. You may be closing out the system at the end of the day.
• You need to know how to read, write, and do basic math.
