As a Youth Basketball Coach at Team Esface, you'll have the opportunity to directly influence young athletes' development, combining your basketball knowledge with mentorship to create transformative experiences. Job Responsibilities

• Lead and execute engaging practices through detailed practice planning and implementation
• Coach games with a focus on player development and team success
• Build meaningful relationships with players to support their individual growth
• Collaborate effectively with assistant coaches to optimize practice and game experiences
• Maintain open communication with team managers regarding player development and parent feedback
• Create a positive, encouraging environment that promotes both athletic and personal growth
• Document and track player progress throughout the season
• Participate in professional development opportunities to enhance coaching skills
