Weston Outpatient is a 5 OR, 4 Procedure room center in the heart of Weston. The center maintenance technician is the initial person responsible for day to day function and operation of all systems of the center including HVAC, plumbing, boiler systems, paint, interior building integrity, repairs, upkeep and stocking of all minor facility machines (water, coffee, automated soap and paper dispensers. The center maintenance technician directly reports to the Materials manager as well as the Center Director. The will also be supported and collaborate with outside facilities vendors as necessary to the center needs. They are responsible for record keeping on standardized checks throughout the center for life safety and accreditation purposes. They will work collaborative with building management to adhere to building codes and necessary updates and repairs.
