WHAT YOU’LL DO Partners with SMEs to identify client strategy and leads cross-team coordination of internal and external stakeholders from engagement initiation to completion.
Leads client account review and track client revenue goals and projections.
Maintains a deep understanding of each clients’ industry / segment, consumer profiles, and competitive landscape.
Cultivates relationships with clients and develops strategic recommendations that solve their business objectives and encourage account growth and acts as the primary contact for client requests, escalations, and conflicts. Leads cross-functional account team efforts to ensure engagement success and completion (as noted above) Supports the performance appraisal process for account team(s) Leads and provides quality developmental feedback for Account Managers and Account Coordinator WHAT WE’RE LOOKING FOR 10+ years Client Services experience preferred (minimum 5 years) inclusive of leadership experience in a marketing agency setting Bachelor’s degree in Marketing or equivalent experience Demonstrated experience developing program / campaign goals and benchmarking and mastery of program / campaign and project financial management and analysis Demonstrated managing client profitability, growing client relationships and developing client proposals and SOWs Demonstrated experience leading cross-functional teams and providing developmental feedback This role is flexible / hybrid.
Local employees may be asked to come into the Boston or Providence office periodically for company or team meetings.
